The Massachusetts Police Accreditation Commission (MPAC) congratulates Captain James Martin (ret.) of the Woburn Police Department on his retirement after more than 30 years of dedicated service to MPAC.
Captain Martin was one of the original Commissioners when the Commission was founded in 1996 and served on the board until 2014. In 2015, he became MPAC’s Assessment Coordinator, providing valued leadership and expertise to advance law enforcement accreditation across the Commonwealth. Jim’s commitment to professional excellence, accreditation, and the law enforcement community will be remembered for years to come.
