Lieutenant Michael Hill (ret.), Framingham PD, is retiring from the Massachusetts Police Accreditation Commission (MPAC) after a distinguished career in law enforcement and accreditation leadership. During his service with the Framingham Police Department, Mike volunteered as an Assessor for MPAC from 2008 to 2013. In 2013, he was hired as a consultant to serve as a Facilitator, guiding agencies throughout Massachusetts through the accreditation process for nearly a decade. In 2022, Mike became an MPAC Assessment Compliance Manager, a position he held until his retirement on July 3.
